Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jessica’s journey to the legal profession reflects both discipline and purpose. She earned her undergraduate degree from North Carolina A&T State University and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she developed the advocacy skills that have defined her legal career.

Jessica joins the firm with eight years of legal experience, bringing a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, strategy, and results. Her work has consistently focused on guiding individuals and families through complex and emotionally charged legal matters—experience that seamlessly translates to estate planning and estate administration.

Jessica is actively engaged in the legal community. Jessica lives in Charlotte with her husband, Ronald, and their two young children, Jayce and Rhyan. As a wife and mother, she understands the importance of thoughtful planning, protection, and legacy-building—values that align closely with the mission of Hicks Guinn Law.

She is excited to join the Hicks Guinn Law team and looks forward to assisting clients with their estate planning and estate administration needs with diligence, care, and integrity.
